Our Initial commissioning for power generators from 10 kVA This service ensures your generator is optimally prepared and ready for immediate use. Performed by our experienced technicians, it includes all essential steps for safe and reliable commissioning.
Scope of services for initial commissioning:
✔ Filling of all operating fluids : oil, coolant and approximately 30 liters of fuel (to avoid hazardous transport).
✔ Idle speed setting : The generator is set to an optimal idle speed of 1500 rpm.
✔ Comprehensive functional test & load test : The generator is tested under various load levels to ensure that it operates reliably even under high load.
✔ Safety & system checks : Testing of all relevant protection mechanisms, controls and electrical connections.
✔ Initial commissioning protocol : All measured values and test results are documented to ensure proper functioning.
After initial startup, your power generator Fully functional and ready for immediate use . Our service ensures safe and efficient operation from the very first use – avoid unnecessary problems and rely on professional preparation!
